New details have emerged surrounding the tragic death of Below Deck star Nico Scholly's younger brother Tristen.
The 21-year-old was killed after falling from a third floor balcony following a night of drinking, according to the incident report which was obtained by Radar Online.
The document states that Tristen had been staying at his brother's apartment in Chicago after attending a concert.

The brother in question does not appear to be Nico, as the reality star was sharing Instagram posts from Norman Island at that time.
Tristen's brother had helped him to bed because he had been drinking heavily, before the brother headed to a bar.

There were no witnesses to the fall, and Tristen was found 'laying in the alley, unresponsive and with a deep laceration to the forehead' before being rushed to hospital.
The report states: 'It was determined that the victim had multiple skull fractures, blood on the brain, and his brain had shifted from the fall. The victim also has a broken left arm.'
Bravo star Nico released a statement to the channel's Daily Dish about his brother's death on Tuesday.
'My family and I are truly devastated,' he said. 'We ask that our privacy be respected at this tragic and very difficult time.'

Nico revealed on Twitter on Monday that his brother had passed away.
'My younger brother of 21 is now an [angel]. So please pray for my family,' the 23-year-old wrote. 'I've never felt this pain before. I never understood the term broken-hearted til now. I just want to wake up.'
Nico paid tribute to his 'brave' brother's selflessness in an Instagram shot of them suited up at what looked like a wedding.
He captioned it: 'This brave amazing guy is donating his lungs, heart, and other organs. He will save 4 different individuals' lives. I love u so much.'

The other organs also included his eyes and liver.
On Tuesday, he revealed that the organ transplant surgeries had gone well and he planned to meet the people who had received them.
'Surgery was a success! My brother just saved four people's lives all live in Chicago as well! I can't wait to meet them in 6 weeks!!!!' he wrote.
Nico also tweeted a thank you for all the donations to the Tristen Scott Scholly Memorial Fund (which so far amount to almost $13,000) with a photo of his brother in his hospital bed, hooked up to monitors and surrounded by friends and family.

Two of Nico's fellow Below Deck yachties, chief steward Kate Chastain and alum Adrienne Gang, have sent love and support to the deckhand and his family during this difficult time.
