Thom Brennaman (born September 12, 1963) is an American based Sportscaster from Chapel Hill (North Carolina, USA). He is the son of the former sportscaster Marty Brennaman.
In college, he was uncertain to follow his daddy’s footsteps or not. By joining the WATH radio station, he discovered his passion for it. After finishing the graduation from Ohio University, he joined as the sports reporter at the NBC affiliate channel of Cincinnati WLWT-TV.

Former Sportscaster Marty Brennaman’s son suspended for giving on-air controversial comments
Marty’s son Thom did the commentary in a game between the Cincinnati Reds and Kansas City Royals team on August 19, 2020. He spoke on the hot mic about an undisclosed location.
